Description

This requirement is to provide the Anniston Army Depot parts that are normally procured through required sources such as the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).� The goal of this requirement is to establish a contract whereby parts can be procured quickly and cost effective than other sources.� Additionally, the Government seeks to strike an effective balance between sourcing from the Contractor's supply chain and Government sources to achieve maximum efficiency in supply support for ANAD commensurate with asset investment.� This procurement is unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System Code is 336992; size standard is 1500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: beta.sam.gov Estimated issue date is 31 March 2021. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
