Description
The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to assist in our decision-making process for a service procurement. This is not a solicitation, nor a request for quotes or proposals. Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award of a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Any inquiries are to be made in writing by email to the point of contact, Emily Trinh, Contract Specialist. Responses to this notice shall be sent by email to emily.trinh@va.gov by the due date and time of 05/14/2021 by 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) with the subject line: Sources Sought � PBM services for VASNHCS. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21, is conducting market research to identify potential vendors with economic status of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, and other Small Businesses that can provide pharmacy benefit management services to VA beneficiaries within VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS). General Requirements Contractor shall provide pharmacy benefit management services to eligible veterans seen by authorized prescribers assigned to the following VA Primary Care Clinics (PPC) and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC): - Northeast PCC: 4461 East Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104 - Northwest PCC 3968 N Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130 - Southwest PCC 7235 South Buffalo Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89113 - Southeast PCC 1020 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015 - MCPO Jesse Dean VA CBOC 3650 S. Point Circle Building D Suite 200, Laughlin, NV 89029 - Pahrump VA CBOC: 220 South Lola Lane, Pahrump, NV 89048 This requirement is limited to the provision of outpatient prescriptions for urgently needed authorized formulary medications to patients seen at PCCs and CBOCs after normal business hours, weekends, and Holidays. Period of Performance: The intended period of performance will be for a base year and four (4) one-year ordering periods, which may begin approximately October 1, 2021.
