Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO), intends to award a fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment on a sole source basis to Ohio Department of Administrative Services (Address: 30 E Broad St., Floor 39, Columbus, OH, 43215-3414; DUNS Number: 144267320; CAGE Code: 418U6) for subscription to access to the statewide Multi-Agency Radio Communication System (MARCS). The period of performance of this contract will incorporate one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The total period of performance of this contract will be for 60 months (inclusive of the base period and four (4) option periods). The subscription will provide access for up to 50 radios utilized by ICE Officers stationed at the ICE/ERO/Detroit Field Office, and support regular field operations conducted in the State of Ohio. MARCS is essential to the ICE/ERO�s mission by accessing state�s emergency communication system in the event of an emergency to better respond to emergencies.� Without this subscription, ICE/ERO�s ability to respond to emergencies would be severely hindered.
