Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The following action is to be competed by U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity The U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC), Office of Regulated Activities (ORA); 1430 Veterans Drive, Fort Detrick, MD� 21702, for the procurement of Common Technical Document (CTD) Authoring Template Suite Software Licenses, Technical Support and Maintenance. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02; effective 23 October 2020. DESCRIPTION:� Common Technical Document (CTD) Authoring Template Suite Software Licenses, Technical Support and Maintenance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210 Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard of $35,000,000.00.� Reference attached RFQ W81XWH-21-Q-0054 for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. Questions: Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Maribel C. Fratina, Contract Specialist, maribel.c.fratina.civ@mail.mil, no later than (NLT) 19 April 2021 at 1000 AM EST. Questions received after this date will not be accepted. An Amendment to this RFQ will be posted to Beta.SAM.gov with responses to the questions received. Only one set of questions per Contractor will be accepted. No telephone calls will be accepted.
