- DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: VISN 8 Caribbean Healthcare Durable Medical Equipment (DME) The Department of Veteran Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare has an ongoing requirement for the pickup, setup, disassembly, repair, routine preventive/service/refurbishment, site assessment, disposal, storage and delivery service of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and supplies to all beneficiaries serviced by VA Caribbean Healthcare and its associated outpatient clinics. The total number of DME patients at each VA site varies and is subject to change.
