- General ServicesAdministration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: � State: New York City: Buffalo Delineated Area: North: E Tupper Street East: Michigan Avenue to Seneca Street to Smith Street to Exchange Street to Michigan Avenue South: South Park Avenue to Buffalo Skyway West: Buffalo Skyway to Upper Terrace/Lower Terrace to S Elmwood Avenue Minimum/Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,700 - 7,035 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 secured Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Cancellation Rights: 90 days Additional Requirements: �Space must be contiguous on a single floor at ground level or above. Basement or below grade space will not be accepted. �Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. Subleases are not acceptable. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet or be capable of meeting Government requirements for Security, Fire Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week � Offeredspace must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility andsustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease, to include allutilities and janitorial is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-yearor 500-year flood plain. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions andspecifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that willbe sent out subsequent to this advertisement. At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will notconsider new construction options. Expressionsof Interest must be received in writing no later than July 7, 2020 by4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, and should include the following information at a minimum:� Building name and address?� Location of space in the building and date ofavailability?� Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full-servicerental rate per RSF?� ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feetoffered and full-service rental rate per ABOA SF?� Floor plans (AutoCAD) identifying offeredspace?� Name, address, telephone number, and emailaddress of authorized contact. Owners,brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submittedby brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they areauthorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
