Description

Notice of Intent to Lease Office/Storage/Wareyard. The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using full and open�competition for an existing lease for Office/Storage/Wareyard. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Chelan, WA that will be expiring.� The Government requires office of 2,000 ANSI/BOAM and storage of 2,000 ANSI/BOMA and wareyard of 32,040 ANSI/BOMA 66 parking spaces, 30 GOV parking space and 4 GOV, Large parking spaces.� The space must be located in the Chelan Urban Growth Area, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
