- Amendment 0001 - Includes RFI responses Project Location Brickell Plaza Federal Building 909 Se 1st Ave., Miami, Fl 33131 Project Summary: This is a Design Bid Build project to reconfigure and renovate U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) office space as specified in the applicable drawings, specifications, design narrative, and Statement of Work (SOW).� The project includes selective demolition and new construction as follows: Contractor shall provide architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, communications, and other improvements for HUD offices located inside the Brickell Plaza currently occupying space on the 4th floor. The goal is to have HUD Audit/Investigative staff and associates co-located and the office space brought up to modern office standards. The office space will be designed to incorporate the conference, evidence, and firearms rooms currently located on the opposite side of 4th floor nearest Coast Guard Offices.
