- SYNOPSIS (Sole Source) NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: �Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of supplies for RG31 parts; TRANSFER CASE WARNING LIGHT KIT - the kit consists of wires, warning light, a relay, and some miscellaneous hardware, to General Dynamics Land Systems � Canada (GDLS-C), 1991 Oxford Street East, Building 15, London, Ontario, Canada, N5V-2Z7, NCAGE code: 56161. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer (General Dynamics). This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 336112 LIGHT TRUCK and UTILITY VEHICLE MANUFACTURING, the size standard is 1500 and the product code is 2520. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.� Solicitation number W911N2-21-Q-0026 will be released on or about 29 April 2021, with a closing date on or about 13 May 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.� The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.� A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.beta.sam.gov on or about 29 April 2021. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
