Description

Pre-solicitation Synopsis The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Branch, Fort Carson, Colorado intends to issue a solicitation for Radiopharmaceuticals for the Nuclear Medicine Department, Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson. This solicitation will be issued for a base period of 01 October 2021 � 30 September 2022 and two (2) option periods ending 30 September 2024. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted.� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration's size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees.� The solicitation number is W81K00-21-Q-0116. This solicitation will be available on/about 03 May 2021 and will close on/about 03 June 2021, and will be posted on http://beta.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.� Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored. � The solicitation will have all the necessary information required for the preparation and submission of offers.
