Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C244-21-Q-0479 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 621991 with a size standard of $32.5 million. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA VISN 4 has a requirement for Blood and Blood products as per the attached RFQ document for all 9 Medical Centers. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 1:00 PM, EST on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only, no later than 12:00 noon, EST, on Friday, April 23, 2021. Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein.
