The Schedule of Supplies at SOW paragraph 2.a. (page 4 of 60 on attachment ""36C25921Q0285 Amendment 1"") is updated to reflect the system configuration change. 2. The quote response date is updated from 4/16/2021 to 4/20/2021. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Changes are visible via strikethrough and red text on attachement ""36C25921Q0285 Amendment 1"" This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Eastern Oklahoma Veterans Health Care System is in need one GE Carescape Monitor B450 Patient Monitoring System for the Endoscopy Suite at the new Tulsa Health Care Center (THCC) in Tulsa, OK.
