- Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements supply contract for the procurement of Ballistic Soft Body Armor Panels. Salient Characteristics will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The resulting contract will be a one-time procurement. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The procurement will be a Total 100% Small Business Set Aside. The 2019 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 � Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, the size standard is 750 employees and the product code is 8470 � Armor, Personal. Resulting order will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-21-Q-0025 will be released on or about 22 APR 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://beta.sam.gov/ on or about 22 APR 2021.
