- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested in response to Solicitation number W911S7-21-R-0018 and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01 effective 20 December 2018. This is a Total Small Business set-aside under 327320 � Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. requires the following items (see attachment): Attachment 1 SOW for Air Force Training Facility All Items quoted shall be FOB Destination to Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. All quotes shall include all cost associated with supplying, transportation and delivery. Award will be based upon the vendor offering the lowest price for the items conforming to the salient technical characteristics as specified for the item. Type of Contract: The government anticipates a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement of a firm-fixed-price three year contract. Written Questions shall be submitted to amy.k.bergman.civ@mail.mil no later than 2:00pm Local Time on 21 April 2021. Quotes/offers shall be submitted in writing in Microsoft Word or PDF, shall reference solicitation number W911S7-21-R-0018 in the subject line, and shall be submitted via e-mail to: amy.k.bergman.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00pm (Noon) Local Time 21 April 2021. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Small Business under the NAICS solicited in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.
