Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� This is a notice to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Contracting Operations Division intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for Master Subservicers non-personal expert�services to Ernst & Young LLP, 5 Times Square New York, NY 10036.� The anticipated period of performance will be for a one-year base period with one (1) year option period. Market research associated with this Special�Notice was performed and shown to support the sole source determination.� This special notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Address questions to the CS at shalonda.scott-boyd@gsa.gov.
