Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Joint Base Lewis- McChord intends to issue a sole?source, firm fixed price award to: EVANS Consoles Incorporated 1577 Spring Hill Road, Suite 110 Vienna, VA 22182 USA Justification is done IAW FAR 13.106?1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source is the required work is reconfiguration and expansion of an existing project done by EVANS. Due to the uniqueness of utilizing existing console items while integrating new items, EVANS is the only source who can make the needed changes. None of their authorized re-sellers can perform this specialized work. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 19 April 2021 at 1200 PDT. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC?Joint Base Lewis-McChord will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
