- Description
- This is a presolicitation notice that GSA PBS Region 4 intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a design-build contract for the installation of a distribution feeder supplying emergency power located in the basement, to the fire pump controller at�the George C. Young Federal Courthouse in Orlando, FL. The system will ensure that Automatic Transfer Switch in the Fire Pump transfers� emergency power upon loss of power. �The proposed project will require the contractor to provide all design, construction� documents, site investigation, site supervision, security approved workers, mechanical, electrical, Fire Protection system modifications, testing, and other general work for a complete project.� The solicitation package (including specifications, forms, clauses, and provisions)�will only be available electronically on beta.SAM.gov. The estimated date for�release of the solicitation is on or about 3 MAY 2021. The solicitation closing date will be on or around 30 days after the issuance of the solicitation package. The actual date and time will be identified in the solicitation. A tentative site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 12 MAY 2021 at 9:00a.m. EST. The confirmed date will be posted with the solicitation.
