Description

�Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0062 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0062 to GE Healthcare Inc, in the amount of $50,920.00 for a one-time relocation, installation and re-certification of the GE Discovery 530 X-ray unit in the Nuclear Medicine Department at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. �Nuclear Medicine is going through several upgrades within their spaces and this unit will be relocated to another room by the OEM, with a recertification performed for patient use. �This requirement is proprietary under terms of the OEM; GE, �by company letter. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued.�� Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.� Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.� Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil .� No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted.� This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
