Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate and award a contract under the authority of The Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 15. This solicitation is being conducted using the policies of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This solicitation is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited. Questions Submission: Questions submissions shall be received no later than 11:00 AM AST on April 30, 2021 at Aurea.Gonzalez@va.gov. All questions are to be submitted as a word document. Offer Submission: Submission of your offer response shall be received no later than 11:00 AM AST on Monday May 17, 2021. All offers/proposals are to be submitted electronically to Aurea.Gonzalez@va.gov See attached RFP.
