- Please see the attached Solicitation, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and wage determination for Oil Water Separator Services at Grand Forks AFB, ND. Questions pertaining to this solicitation are due by 28 April 2021 at 4:00 PM CST. Questions can be emailed to william.west.36@ us.af.mil or melissa.pearce.1@us.af.mil. Site Visit A site visit for this requirement�has been scheduled for�21 April 2021 at 9:00 AM CST.� Potential offerors will need to be at the Visitors Center no later than 8:50 AM CST in order to receive a visitors pass.� Potential offerors will need to provide their driver�s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance in order to receive a visitors pass.
