- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: W50S8Z-21-Q-0011 is being issued as a Request for quote (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $35M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001 � Not to Exceed 320 Room Nights starting 28 April 2021 through 2 May 2021 ��� �Single occupancy rooms ��� �Must meet DOD health standards as outlined in AFI 48-116 Lodging Standards ��� �May be subject to onsite inspection for compliance ��� �Services to be accomplish In Accordance With attached PWS. Delivery location is as follows:� 173 FW Kingsley Field ANGB, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97603 Quotes Submission: Quotes should be submitted by email (preferred method) to the Contracting Office at jason.rice.27@us.af.mil no later than Friday April 23, 2021 at 03:00 PM. �Quotes shall be clearly marked RFQ W50S8Z-21-Q-0011. Offerors are hereby notified that if their quotes are not received by the date, time, and location specified in this announcement, it will not be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Quote per line item format as follows: CLIN 0001 � �$_______________ per room night Nightly rate must be at or below DoD/Government/GSA rate for Klamath Falls, Oregon which is $96.00 per night.� Requirements for your quote: Please submit a quote on your company letterhead showing a price per contract line item (CLIN) with the total price at the bottom. Include the following information on your quote: CAGE code, Tax ID number, company name, phone number, contact, and email. The award will only be made to an offeror that is all-inclusive of the requirements on this solicitation. A contract will be awarded based on the following evaluation factors that are deemed the best value to the government. Failure to identify inside your quote that you meet all technical aspects of the PWS will make your quote ineligible for award. All quotes determined to be responsible will be evaluated by a government technical representative. The award for this will be made without discussions. No Site Visit is authorized at this time. - Price - Quality� - Quality may be determined by the industry standard classification system. (stars, letter grading, etc.) �� �- Quality may be determined by a facility walkthrough by Government personnel. Quotes must be Firm Fixed Priced Agreement(s) will be made with the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
