Description

This notice serves as a pre-solicitation notice for the Coeuer D' Alene Nursery Greenhouse End Wall Replacement. The solicitation will be posted on or after April 16th, 2021. This contract requires replacement of the existing South end walls on (6) ground to ground Nexus Columbine greenhouses, including the removal of existing end walls.� End wall kits and 8mm twin wall polycarbonate sheets for this project were purchased in 2019 and are provided as Government Furnished Equipment.� There are (6) kits to replace (1) end wall in each of the (6) greenhouses.� A list of the kit parts is supplied with the installation instructions.� The contractor shall supply all labor, material, equipment, supplies, and coordination necessary to complete full installation of all six end walls.This contract requires replacement of the existing South end walls on (6) ground to ground Nexus Columbine greenhouses, including the removal of existing end walls.� End wall kits and 8mm twin wall polycarbonate sheets for this project were purchased in 2019 and are provided as Government Furnished Equipment.� There are (6) kits to replace (1) end wall in each of the (6) greenhouses.� A list of the kit parts is supplied with the installation instructions.� The contractor shall supply all labor, material, equipment, supplies, and coordination necessary to complete full installation of all six end walls. The project is in Coeur d�Alene, Idaho, west of I-90, at 3600 W Nursery Road off Kathleen Ave. Government Cost Estimate, per FAR 36.204, is between $25,000 and $100,000, including option items and bonding.
