- This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for multi NIINs for Stud Turn Lock. The requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside basis.� This is a 1C item.� See attached Multi NIINs document which will list the OEM�s, quantity, delivery, and surge requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510.� Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods.� FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required.� Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required.� Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).� A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. �From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf).� To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
