Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is EL-1000-21 and being issued at a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. The North American Industry Classification System code is 335931. �This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. �UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a (5) Year, Multi-Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, Firm-Fixed Pricing, with equitable price adjustment. Section B of the attached solicitation document outlines commercial items requested. All amendments will be provided through Beta.Sam.gov.
