- This is a sources sought announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area has a requirement for the complete restoration of one damaged standpipe and its interface with the existing Early Warning Detection System by HydroLynx System. The contractor shall perform the repair and reinstallation of the standpipe at Highway 93 which had been completely destroyed by a vehicle. All labor necessary to support/facilitate the repair and/or replacement of any system hardware. All labor necessary to repair, replace, troubleshoot, fix, assess, remedy, or restore standpipe system operability. Replacement of any and/or all parts, components, equipment, elements, and items for and of any system hardware and/or for system operability. Technical hardware support to be supplied by certified technicians. Support technicians must also have experience in the support and maintenance of flood sign communication systems and related components. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 541990 � All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $16.5 million in average annual receipts. Interested companies responding to this sources sought should include the following information: 1. Company name, address, DUNS number, point of contact, telephone number and email address. 2. Information about qualifications, certifications to service this specific equipment, or a capabilities statement. 3. Any experience servicing this specific equipment/flood warning system. 4.
