- The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS)Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition and Property Operations, Construction / A&E Operations located at 911 NE 11th Ave. Portland, OR 97232 is issuing a Request for Proposal for one firm fixed price construction contract for Domestic Water System Rehabilitation at Abernathy Fish Technology Center. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237110 and the small business size standard is $39.5 Million. The basis of award will be the best value to the Government utilizing the tradeoff source selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-1. The work will commence within 10 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 180 days. This acquisition is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
