Description

The U.S. Air Force at RAF Alconbury and RAF Croughton, have a requirement for Sports Officials at the two RAF installations, respectively. The scope of work includes: Referees and Time-Keepers for Basketball, Baseball, Flag Football, Soccer, and Volleyball.� Please refer to Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, for more details. The Government intends to award one, up to three, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for these services.� A BPA is not a contract but a framework to establish a ""charge account"" in order to perclude writing of numerous purchase orders.� Refer to Attachment 2, BPA Terms and Conditions, for more details. Offerors are encouraged to submit pricing for both locations, using Attachment 3, Bid Sheet/Price List, however Offerors may submit pricing for only one installation if they so choose. For more solicitation details, please refer to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document, and its applicable provisions and clauses, Attachment 4. RAF Alconbury is located near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.� RAF Alconbury is approximately 80 miles/ 60 minutes north of London. RAF Croughton is located near Croughton, Brackley.� RAF Croughton is approximately 60�miles/ 60 minutes northwest of London.
