- Pre-Solicitation Notice Cooling Tower Annual Preventative Maintenance Kansas City VA Medical Center A solicitation will soon be published for Cooling Tower Annual Preventative Maintenance. The Kansas City VA Medical Center is requesting three (3) Brentwood industries Fill Medias, 36 Brentwood Industries Drift Eliminators, and annual Preventative Maintenance Services for three (3) Tower Tech TTXL Cooling Towers. The Government is anticipating a firm-fixed priced indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. This requirement will be set-aside for SDVOSBs, in accordance with the VA Rule of Two for firms who are verified in https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/.
