- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, Caribbean-Florida Water Science Center (CFWSC) has a requirement to build a water level gage in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The project shall be completed within 30 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.00 Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0120Q0098 will be issued on or about 4/19/2021 with written quotes due on or about 4/30/2021. A site visit will be held. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given. The contact info for the site visit can be found in Section L in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 236220. The size standard is $39.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 5/15/2021. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses may be emailed to kweaver@usgs.gov or mailed to the address specified in the solicitation. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
