Description

In accordance with FAR clause 52.237-1�Site Visit, a site visit is scheduled on 28 April 2021. Offerors are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. E-mail the following personal information to CWO Brian Daniel via e-mail at brian.k.daniel@uscg.mil with a courtesy copy to Pesebra Cartwright at Pesebra.D.Cartwright@uscg.mil AND Allison Hill at Allison.hill@uscg.mil no later than 3 days before the site visit, to arrange for installation access. -Last Name -First Name -Name of Organization -Driver License�s State and Number -Country of Citizenship -Phone Number -POC E-mail address to reply with their access approval to the site Attendees shall gather at 1:00pm on 28 April 2021 at ATTC Elizabeth City 1664 Weeksviille Road, Building 21 Elizabeth City, NC 27909. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation/rental cars as transportation to and from the site as well as any other transportation associated with this site visit will not be provided. Although the site visit is not mandatory, attendance is highly encouraged. This is the only site visit scheduled and no other site visit will be conducted. The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any site visit expenses. Additional information and site visit itinerary will be provided to cleared contractors. SF-30 Amendment 05 is attached for your records.
