- This RFQ is solicited to Splunk and their authorized resellers within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 and with a size standard of $41.5M.� In order to be considered for this requirement, Splunk and their authorized resellers must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov.� Registration MUST contain the appropriate NAICS code.� You must be the manufacturer or an authorized reseller to submit a quote.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the Vendor by the Government.� If an authorized reseller, you shall provide an authorized reseller letter from Splunk, failure do so may result in being removed from competition and found as non-responsive.� NGA intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of 04/30/21 � 04/29/22 to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.
