Description

Intend to Award Sole Source to: Intellidyne L.L.C. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Defense Health Agency, Falls Church, VA intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source to: Intellidyne L.L.C., 3110 FAIRVIEW PARK DR # 1000, FALLS CHURCH VA 22042-4536. The objective of this sole source award is to acquire continued services to perform LOCAL IT SITE SUPPORT and TOUCH LABOR and to TRANSITION SITES TO A FULLY INTEGRATED SITE/ENTERPRISE IT SUPPORT MODEL except for those items specified as government furnished property and/or services. The Sole Source is based on only one responsible source as Intellidyne, L.L.C., the incumbent contractor has the knowledge of the Defense Health Agency Network Support Service system. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 518210; the small business size standard is $35 million. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 12:0000PM EDT on April 22, 2021 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Michael Hunter, Contract Analyst, michael.a.hunter36.civ@mail.mil and Leslie Nelson, Contracting Officer, , leslie.s.nelson7.civ@mail.mil . The email subject line shall state, Intent to Sole Source to Intellidyne, L.L.C. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
