Description

The NSDC requires the ability to perform modeling, analysis, processing training and simulation building for the space environment. Specific functions the NSDC needs to perform are processing for low/high fidelity orbit states, Two-Line Element (TLE) set generation from orbit states, satellite maneuver planning with multi-variable optimization, user defined sensor modeling and support for complex definitions and types, modeling of satellites provided by mission partners, generation of 2D and 3D real-time views, simulated electro optical sensor images from 3D models, calculation of access times and geometries, modeling of satellite attitude control, communication system analysis, modeling of orbit error estimates, and generation of user defined text reports and 2D plots of analysis results. The software must also support Air Force Astrodynamics Standard propagation models. Systems Tool Kit (STK) Systems Bundle (software), SatPro, Astrogator, EOIR (essentially plug-in utilities) and the Data Federate access (access to data sets needed for NSDC mission) provides the capability to perform all of these functions. Specific pricing is included in attached quote DT-CB-592790-T. The licenses are one-time purchases that last as long as the software is installed, the service support will run 1 year past the date of execution and is not performance based, due to the nature of the training provided being a level of effort rather than a specific outcome.
