- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # N4523A21Q1319 is being issued for a firm fixed price contract for a commercial contract, for rotor balancing services. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, dated 10 Mar 2021. This is a solicitation is for full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a Business Size Standard of $8,000,000.00. The Product Service Code Class is J036 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Special Industry Machinery The line item numbers consist of: CLIN 0001; EDG Rotor Balancing Services Description: FFP, TRF-B requires dynamic balancing of an EDG rotor to within a tolerance of ninety eight ounce-inches (98oz-in) in accordance with MIL-STD-167/1A to meet the requirements imposed within the applicable Submarine Maintenance Standard. See Attached PWS Quantity ��1 Unit of Measure:� Job Unit Price $___________________ Total Proposed Price: $________________ Rotor Balancing Services - Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) and TRF-B requires dynamic balancing of an EDG rotor, on-site. The locations of work will be at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor Site, TRF Bangor, BLDG 7000 FOB: Destination Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) and TRF-B requires dynamic balancing of an EDG rotor. This service contract will provide on-site balancing services. A full description of all requirements associated with this contract action are provided in a detailed Statement of Work.
