Description

LEASE OF ONE TENDER BOAT WITH OPERATING PERSONNEL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE21Q0034 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532411 � Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing; with a size standard of $35,000,000.00. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army CorPs of Engineers, the Revetment Section of the Vicksburg District requires a contractor to lease one tender boat with operating personnel, in accordance with the statement of work. � COMPLETE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS AND BIDDING SCHEDULE ARE POSTED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THIS SOLICITATION.
