Description

**Amendment 0001** Extends the proposal due date (See Section A) and: 1. Add Attachment 11 - Required Materials - Data Sheets 2. Add Attachment 12 - Required Materials - Data Sheet 2 - ISOPAN 3. Add Attachment 13 - Government Responses to Questions 4. Update Attachment 1 - Section L (L.3.3.2) - Changes the SOA to OS-8 (Waterproofing works) and classification II (516,000). 5. Update Attachment 2 - Section M (M.3.2.2) - Changes the SOA to OS-8 (Waterproofing works) and classification II (516,000). This Solicitation is for a�single award,�Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Contract for Roofing Construction Services at Aviano AB and other Geographically Separated Units (GSU) in Italy. The proposed contract will be a competitive firm-fixed-price contract procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Government will award a single IDIQ contract to the offeror�with the Lowest Price�Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal in accordance with this solicitation. Specific projects will be defined in�each individual Task Order.� Please see the full solicitation including all attachments for specific details. Contract Magnitude: Total program value is between $5,000.00 and $4,999,999.00 Contract Period of Performance: One (1) base year, plus four (4), one-year options. MININUM/MAXIMUM: The minimum guaranteed amount for the life of the IDIQ program is $5,000.00 (EURO equivalent) that is payable as part of the first task order following the base contract award. The maximum dollar value for the program is $4,999,999.00. See FAR 52.216-19 Ordering Limitations for minimum and maximum that apply to individual IDIQ task orders.
