- Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate all Question and Answers, Attachments, Revised Statement of work, extend the SIR close date and update the contract line item structure as follows; FIRST: Round 1 (23 Mar 21) and 2 (20 Apr 21) Questions and Answers are hereby incorporated and posted to betaSAM.gov. SECOND: Attachments 8 (Warroad 2019-AGL-20906-OE), 9 (Warroad Final 100 Drawings), and 10 (Warroad Final 100 Specifications) are hereby incorporated. THIRD: Revised Statement of Work dated 20 Apr 21 is hereby incorporated and supersedes the Statement of Work posted betaSAM.gov (26 Feb 21). FOURTH: Contract line item 00001 description is hereby revised. FIFTH: Optional Contract line item 00002 is hereby incorporated. SIXTH: The SIR is hereby extended to 30 April 2021 NLT 1600 SEVENTH: No other changes or revisions are incorporated. SITE VISIT NOTIFICATION: The purpose of this notification is to notified potential offerors of an upcoming site visit: Date: Thursday April 8th 2021 Time: 10am Potential attendees must notify the Contracting Officer of their participation (along with the number of attendees)�NLT Wednesday April 7th 2021 by 1400 Central Standard Time via email jason.m.perry@faa.gov.� No questions will be answered at the site and all questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer following the site visit. Questions and Answers Round 1 dated 23 March 2021: The purpose of this solicitation update is to post Questions and Answers and provide additional attachments (Attachment 8, 9, and 10). The contractor must provide labor, travel, permits/application fees, mobilization costs and tools for technicians to travel to Warroad, MN (Latitude 49.9006, Longitude -95.3937) to install a tower, tower foundation, shelter, shelter foundation and other proposed assets and incidentals as noted in the construction drawings. Locations and site-specific information can be referenced from the construction drawings and sections below. The government will furnish no materials. All materials are to be procured by the contractor for installation. Upon successful installation of all proposed tower site assets, the contractor will be responsible for migrating existing communication system components to the new tower site with government assistance.
