Description: This is a draft solicitation for a procurement of an estimated quantity of fifty-five (55) Commander, Naval Installation Command (CNIC) Workboat Medium (WBM) over the next eight (8) years under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Award will be made to a single Offeror who represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer.
