Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6883621Q0147 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 and DFARS Publication Notice 20210224. The NAICS code is 324121 Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing and the Small Business size standard is 500 Employees. This acquisition for Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Gulfport, MS for Mixed Hot Asphalt will be a 100% small business set-aside with Full and Open Competition for small business concerns. Offerors shall provide: 1. A statement that indicates whether the Offeror does or does not take exception(s) to any solicitation term. 2. Complete Attachment 2 by checking applicable boxes, sign and date last page in 52.204-24(d)(1)(2) Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Oct 2020). 3. A signed quote by the solicitation closing date that includes unit prices (rounded to the nearest penny), total prices and the Country of Origin for all line items for which the Navy is soliciting a price. 0001 19mm Mixed Hot Asphalt; Qty (min-max) 200-6750; Unit of Issue is Tons. 0002 25mm Mixed Hot Asphalt; Qty (min-max) 200-6750; Unit of Issue is Tons.
