Description

This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation. Please see attached RFQ. ************************************************************************************************************************************************* Question(s) and Answer(s) are posted to this RFQ per Amendment A001. No SF-30 is available for signature. 1.� Do you know the size of the wafer? Answer:� We use four-inch wafers. 2.� Do you know how many dispense tips the end user requires?� Answer:� There is no specific number we require, but we plan to dispense material that may clog the tips.� We need to be able to replace them regularly ourselves on-site at NIST The RFQ closing date remains unchanged.
