Description: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate�a sole-source contract with the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) for secure access to its International, Justice & Public-Safety Network. Per the attached�justification for other than full and open competition (JOFOC), NLETS is the only company that can provide said services. This is�NOT�a solicitation/request for quotations - Therefore, ATF does not need a response to this Special Notice.
