Description: 1 ea. - Unify Essential On-site Maintenance for HiPath 4000 P/N (01 May 2021 - 30 Apr 2022)� 1 ea. - Unify - Mfg Warranty Expired �(01 May 2021 - 30 Apr 2022)� The prime contractor shall provide 24x7 live telephone support during this period to assist in isolating, identifying, and repairing software and hardware failures, or to act as liaison with the manufacturer in the event that the customer requires assistance in contacting or dealing with the manufacturer. The contractor shall also provide on-site repairs when necessary to ensure the Command Post continues to have 24/7 telecommunications. The contractor shall provide associated maintenance and upgrades to include spares/parts and emergency support worldwide. Also provides necessary communications, software maintenance and hardware maintenance in support of the Command Post's primary communications platform. This renewal is mission critical and essential to sustain continuous systems operation. Technicians should respond within 24 hours when requested by on-site Command Post personnel.
