- Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available.� The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) intends to sole source to: AT&T Mobility LLC 1025 Lennox Blvd NE Atlanta, GA 30319 The purpose of this requirement is to acquire smartphone devices and voice/data services. AHRQ requires smartphone devices and communication services to support their staff that provides access to the First Responder Network. AT&T offers The FirstNet network which will cover all 50 states, 5 U.S. territories and the District of Columbia, including rural communities and tribal lands in those states and territories. The period of performance is one year, plus 4 option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government as to whether or not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
