Description

The Naval Intelligence Agency (NIA) intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-priced contract to TRANSUNION�for analytical subscription services related to the Navy Insider Threat Program (InTP). The TRANSUNION subscription is the only subscription that fully supports NIA's specialized portion of the existing established Navy Insider Threat Program (InTP). TRANSUNION,�products were vetted by the InTP Legal Office and approval was granted to obtain this Data source. TRANSUNION's services/products such as Enhanced web-based investigative platform are unique and solely meet the NIA's InTP program requirements. TRANSUINION provides the following: Actions, queries and results, which are protected via encryption, search and report requests which are logged for security purposes �TRANSUNION. �Individual accounts are user ID and password specific. �This data source subscription is being currently used by an overarching Navy established program and TRANSUNION is the only vendor that fulfills the required data for this element of the NIA's Insider Threat program. Uses of linking technology and privacy concerns etc. were all taken into consideration to determine that TRANSUNION subscription is the only one that provides the specialized data for the NIA portion of the InTP. This contract will result in a firm-fixed-priced purchase. The anticipated contract period of performance will be from 01 June 2021 through 30 May 2022. This notice is not a request�for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for hte purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.�
