Description

This is a Special Notice. �The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Johnson Control BAS LLC pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders.� All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) April 28, 2021. �Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for Main and Backup Servers for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Johnson Control BAS LLC, 2101 Gaither Road, Suite 400 Rockville, MD 20850. �A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). �Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov
