- Pre-solicitation Notice IRSC This solicitation and any resultant contract is a stewardship project (IRSC)�in accordance with Section 323 of Public Law 108-7 (16 U.S.C. 2104 Note, as revised February 28, 2003 to reflect sec. 323 of J.J. Res. 2 as enrolled), the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003, amending Public Law 105-277, sec. 347. The contract includes the following components: approximately 176 acres of IRSC service work as outlined in the solicitation, 1488 CCF whole tree sawlog removal and 52 CCF non-saw removal, road maintenance. A site visit will not be scheduled. The solicitation will be available on or about 23 April 2021. Offer due dates will be listed in the Solicitation.
