Description

The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Corpus Christi, Texas has a Sole Source requirement to perform installation of a VRC Gen III Max high-pressure cold spray unit. Install High Pressure Gas Panel assembly part number V002851 and an installation kit for remote VRC cold spray unit heater skid (VRC Metals part number V003323). Install a dust proof gland into the booth wall and perform testing and inspection to ensure accuracy of work. Perform onsite operator training on the use of the equipment.� As authorized by the Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901 (or 41 U.S.C. 1903 for Special Emergency Procurement) as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5, negotiations are to be conducted solely with the following firm: Phillips Corporation 7390 Coca Cola Drive Hanover, MD 21046 The solicitation will be issued on�21 April�2021 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of�7 May 2021. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests please.
