Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� CA City:� Sacramento, West Sacramento Delineated Area: Must be located within one of the following zip codes: 95605, 95691, 95811, 95814, 95815, 95816, 95817, 95818, 95819. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 3,250 Sq. Ft. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 5,000 Sq. Ft. Space Type:� Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):� 7 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 7 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 0 Full Term:� 20 Years Firm Term:� 10 Years Option Term:� 0 Additional Requirements: 100% warehouse with access to restroom Minimum 14� high ceiling in warehouse area. Minimum of one 12� wide X 14� high roll-up door at ground level.� Additional roll-up doors could be acceptable as well as a drive-through configuration. Warehouse minimum 65� depth and 50� width. Potentially acceptable is less depth and greater width depending on number of roll-up doors. Warehouse roll-up door(s) and floor space must be able to accommodate backing in and storing multiple vehicle/trailer assemblies. Minimum outside clearance in front of at least one roll up door is approximately 30�W X 95�L that will facilitate backing a 50� long vehicle/trailer assembly into the warehouse through the roll-up door. A drive-through configuration will require less clearance in front of roll-up doors.
