- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� CA City:� Sacramento, West Sacramento Delineated Area: Must be located within one of the following zip codes: 95605, 95691, 95811, 95814, 95815, 95816, 95817, 95818, 95819. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 1,400 Sq. Ft. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 3,000 Sq. Ft. Space Type:� Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):� 7 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 7 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 0 Full Term:� 20 Years Firm Term:� 10 Years Option Term:� 0 Additional Requirements: 100% warehouse with private restroom Minimum 12� wide x 14� high roll-up door at ground level Minimum 55� deep, 60� or deeper is preferred Minimum 14� high ceilings in warehouse area, however 16� or higher is preferred. Warehouse bay must be able to accommodate a vehicle/trailer combination that can be backed into the bay for loading and storage. Space must be able to accommodate 240V in two separate locations.
