- The Innovation, Technology & Research Hub�s Technology Division (ITR/T) is considering a mechanism is to drive the implementation of the Digital Strategy across the Agency�s multiple technical and regional sectors. The new mechanism is being designed to build the capacity of USAID Missions, Washington Operating Units (OUs), and partners to advance digital initiatives that enhance security and economic prosperity in partner countries while safeguarding individual rights, freedom of expression, and democratic norms and practices.
